What happens next?
- Your Listing Experience Manager is reviewing your details, photos, and confirming property ownership. This typically takes less than one day, and they’ll reach out with questions.
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email from DocuSign with the required listing documents. All listed owners must sign before we can proceed.
- Within 24 hours of receiving all signed documents, your listing will be entered into the MLS and marked as “Active.” You’ll receive a confirmation email with your MLS listing details.
